This mixer is equipped with an ergonomic control panel, located on the front of
the head cover, which is both easily accessible and easy to use. Two electronic
timers control all the machine functions. The kneading times are set by rotating
the corresponding timer adjustment rings accordingly. The time which has elapsed
(minutes & seconds) can be easily read from the digital display and by
referring to the LED’s marking the units of time. At the end of a work cycle, the
timers return to the values initially set for the kneading cycle which has been
automatically stored in memory.
