• Loaf progress can be viewed easily through plexiglass framework.
• The large capacity crumb collector allows easy and hygienic removal of crumbs.
• For improved hygiene, the electrical and mechanical parts are separated from the foodstuff section by partitions.
• The Jac Speed is fitted with 4 casters (which lock) for easy moving when cleaning.
