of paramount importance. With this Butter Press, uniformly textured, rectangular fat and dough blocks are produced
automatically, in an effortless and easy way.
This machine features a stainless steel pressure chamber with a smooth Teflon coated bottom plate. The pressing
procedure will start automatically once the press is loaded and the lid is closed. Upon completion of the process the lid
will automatically open exposing the rectangular block of butter which is now ready for further processing.
