ERIKA Divider/rounders continue to be our most successful product line, due in part to the introduction of the SUPER EASY AUTOMAT, the QUADRO Machines, and the EASY AUTOMAT.
The SUPER EASY AUTOMAT brings the divider/rounder into the computer age through the use of a computerized console to control the machine and to store programs for specific products.
QUADRO divider/rounders are available in a number of different models including the semi-Automat, Easy Automat, Fully Automat, and Super Easy Automat versions. These machines are more flexible than our traditional divider/rounders and offer the customer more production possibilities.
The EASY AUTOMAT eliminates the manual pressing associated with the traditional semi-automatic divider/rounder and replaces it with a motorized press to make using the machine much easier for the end user.

JAC
Through the JAC product line we offer bread slicers, hydraulic dividers, moulders and the Noria bread system to our customers.
The Self and Face Breadslicers are the standard in most European Supermarkets and they are becoming more and more popular in the United States.
The JAC factory is continually looking to improve its world renowned slicers. This year the ISC (Intelligent Slicing Concept) system is standard on all automatic slicers. This allows the slicer to automatically adjust the amount of pressure/speed so that it can slice both hard crust and soft bread perfectly with one machine and without any waste.
The Industrial SPEED and FULL slicers work great in any small and medium wholesale bakery. With the speed you could slice up to 500 loaves an hour, while the Full can handle up to 1,000 loaves an hour. These are unique slicers that are durable and pay for themselves.
The Noria Bread system does it all from dividing the dough to moulding into the (long or round) loaf of your dreams. This system is controlled by a computerized console that allows you to change the settings for all machines from one place in a few seconds when you switch from one product to another.

FORMATIC
The Formatic cookie machine provides an inexpensive alternative to the cookie makers who use ice cream scoops to make their cookies. Enjoy the same results as with scooping, but let the machine do the work. The Formatic machine can handle chunky doughs, such as oatmeal raisin, chocolate chip, peanut butter and nutty doughs better than a wire cut machine. The Formatic can handle large particles of nuts, chocolate, fruit etc. with ease.
If you need an industrial cookie machine the INDUSTRY or TRAYMATIC machine may be the model for you. The Traymatic puts the cookie on a 18 x 26" pan, and you put it directly into the oven.
FORMATIC Machines are also ideal for dog and horse cookies.

Janssen Rotary machines will make beautiful sugar and butter cookies for you by the thousands and can even put your company logo. Take a look at the K250 for small to medium sized cookie operations or the K450 for supermarkets and wholesalers.

Mimac machines are perfect depositors for batter as well as soft (spritz) and hard dough cookies. Some models include even a wire cut feature. Machines have memory to store program for each cookie.

RECONDITIONED EQUIPMENT
Every day we are reconditioning machines to provide our customers with as many options as possible when buying machines. Before we recondition a machine, we take it apart and replace any wearing or broken parts; then we reassemble the machine and give it a beautiful finish. Before we send any reconditioned machine out, the machine is tested with dough to make sure it runs as well as it looks. All our reconditioned machines come with a 6 month parts and labor warranty.
We recondition many different types of machines including: Rondo sheeters, many different types of divider/rounders including our own, Konig roll machines, French bread and heavy duty LANE molders, slicers, 20,60,80 and 140 qt. Hobart vertical mixers, different brand spiral mixers in many different sizes.
