Simple and Smooth Operation
Simplicity is the strength of the Formatic system. Suited to a variety
of mixtures of numerous textures and consistencies, the Formatic uses
synchronised paddles to gently press mixture into the required form
shape.
Assisted by the wire drum scraper, the formed product is then smoothly
ejected onto the conveyor, presenting it for packaging or additional
processing.

The Formatic drum provides the food processor with the flexibility to produce
multiple product lines quickly and easily. We tailor every drum to
our customers' unique design requirements, and with the ability to produce virtually
any two dimensional shape, the product possibilities offered are
endless!
A combination of different drum surface finishes and paddle configurations
ensure the Formatic's success in a host of food processing industries.
Not only is the equipment ideal for producing cookies, shortbread or
novelty biscuits in the baking industry, the Formatic has achieved
equal success forming meat products such as burgers or nuggets, fish,
produce and a range of vegetarian and ethnic food products.

The smallest model in the Formatic range, the
Formatic R1200, has an output capacity of 1200 forms per hour and is
ideal for the lower volume or specialist producer. Large scale producers
requiring test kitchen machinery will also find the R1200, with its low
commitment capacity and optional forming ability, perfect for the development
of new products. |
Drum Dimensions:
The Formatic R1200 can achieve a single form
shape of up to 118mm (4.7") diameter, double form shapes of up to 50mm
diameter and triple form shapes of up to 30mm (1.2") diameter.
Commercial Formatic

The Commercial Formatic achieves larger form
shapes than the R1200, and is available in two higher capacity models.
The Formatic C2000 is a three phase model ideally suited to fixed speed
applications while the single phase C4000 model, with variable speed
control, offers increased production flexibility and higher output
capacity. |
Drum Dimensions:
The Formatic C2000 and C4000 models can
achieve a single form shape of up to 125mm (4.9") diameter, double form shapes
of up to 55mm (2.2") diameter and triple form shapes of up to 33mm (1.3") diameter.
Industrial Formatic

With variable speed control producing up to 4000 forms
per hour with single shape drum, the Formatic
I4000 is able to achieve a form shape of up to
150mm (5.9") diameter. While the I4000 is ideally suited to producing larger
form shapes, it also offers producers the flexibility to increase production
output by increasing the number of products formed per revolution.

Drum Dimensions:
The Formatic I4000 achieves a single form
shape of up to 150mm (5.9") diameter, double form shapes of up to 70mm (2.75") diameter
and triple form shapes of up to 50mm (1.97") diameter.
Accurate Portion Control

Controlled by the spiral cam, the depth of
the form shape is easily adjusted from 3mm (0.12") to 34mm (3.3"), ensuring that the
required weight is readily obtained.
A depth of up to 50mm (1.97") can be achieved on the Formatic I4000 model.
