Formatic R-series

R-Series, wire release food forming/portion depositing machines produces cookies, play-dough, animal treats, veggie paddies, potatoe pan-cakes and so much more.

Production speeds vary, depending on which drum and how many shapes on the forming drum. The standard production space of the drum is up to 4.25" inches in diameter. Custom shapes on request.

  • Regular drum - can go up to .75" thick and as thin as product will allow.
  • Deep-drop drum - can go up to 1.25" thick and as thin as .25".

R1200/R180 (110 Electrical):

  1. Single drop = 2400 pcs per hour
  2. Double drop = 4800 pcs per hour
  3. Triple drop = 7200 pcs per hour
  4. Quadruple drop = 9600 pcs per hour

R2200/180 (220/3 Phase Electrical):

  1. Single drop = 4400 pcs per hour
  2. Double drop = 8800 pcs per hour
  3. Triple drop = 13,200 pcs per hour
  4. Quadruple drop = 17,600 pcs per hour
