
These machines are specially made for the production of normal and economy recipes. They work on the principle of the rubber roller suction system, which is still used today in the big baking industry. Shapes are pressed into the suction belt and the small Teflon coated roll at the end of the suction belt cuts the shapes from the belt and lays the shapes down on the tray. The rubber roller can be adjusted exactly to the pressure the dough needs.

Optional Auto feeder works with infeed belts of a tunnel oven or freezer belt.
