Four-Row Head Machine
The KE is a fully automatic dough divider rounder machine with a carefully engineered processing system of most different kinds of dough, operated by touch panel. The KE is available in 4, 5 or 6 pocket versions that may be compatible with different types of intermediate proofing cabinets. Operation is simple and one operator is needed to turn out up to 3,200 pc per hour. Water absorbtion 50-65%.
