Bread and Roll Systems

Our Bread and Roll System are reliable, compact, accurate and simple to operate.Ciberpan lines are ideal for the production of long rolls, hoagies, dinner, Teleras, Bolillos and breads such as Baguettes, Pan Bread and Italian Bread etc.

If round dinner rolls or Kaiser Rolls are required or if you need higher production or you make a combination of round and long rolls a TRIMA System may offer a better alternative. They are available in 2-, 4-, 5- and 6-rows.

Cookie Machines

Erika Record carries some of the most popular brands of cookie machines in the industry. Our wide range of cookie machines will allow for high output and uniformity. They are also easy to operate. Whether you presently hand scoop your cookies, whether you make cookies with large chunks of nuts, fruits or chocolates we can help. If you deposit your cookies with the pastry bag or cut your cookies our expert sales force can help you design, implement and roll out a better, more efficient cookie production.

We have cookie machines that are ideal for gluten free cookies, dog bone cookies, horse treats etc.

Divider/Rounders

Whether your needs are for small, medium or large production, ERIKA RECORD has a large selection of hand dividers and Divider/Rounders available. Some machines (RH models and the EASY Series) come with interchangeable head feature in order to cover a large weight range from 0.6 to 21 ounces. Also look for the advantages of our GREEN Machines that will save you energy and money. If you are into soft square and round rolls and are looking for real flexibility in a machine please consider our QUADRO Square Head Machines.
Our Industrial Roll Head Machines have an hourly capacity from 3000 to 9000 pieces. Accuracy, speed, beautifully rounded rolls are the trademark of all our Divider/Rounders.

Make-up Tables

Make-up Tables are ideal for the production of pizza, croissants, flat breads, empanadas, yeast donuts, Rugelach and other filled, folded, cut or stamped products. Discuss your production needs with our bakery experts.

Mixers

Spiral Mixers come in many designs and sizes, fix or removable bowls and even tilting mixers with bowl lift. Our industrial mixers are designed to handle stiff dough’s but also smooth and sticky dough’s. Small mixers start with 50 lbs of dough and large mixers go up to 700 lbs of dough. Some models offer a wide selection of mixing tools; Spiral, Hook, Flat Beater etc.

Ovens

Our ovens are designed to meet the most particular bakers’ individual needs. Our ovens are engineered from the highest quality materials to produce the most delicate of products from traditional Artisan breads to delicate cake, pastry and confectionary products. Whether your needs are gas, electric or propane, Erika Record has an oven for you. We carry Electric Convection Ovens, Electric Multi Deck Ovens, Steam Tube Deck Ovens, Rack Ovens, Revolving tray and Tunnel Ovens to meet your very needs.

Proofers

Our customizable proofers can be tailored to your specific space requirements. Whether you have a limited space or need a proofer for a specific number of racks, we can offer a solution. Built with high quality material, our proofers are built to last and grow with your bakery. We can also offer you individual steam and heating units that can be put into existing rooms.

Retarder/Proofers – Freezer/Proofers – Blast Freezers

From small units to large units we can offer you any size in between. Units are easy to program and can be programmed a week in advance.

Eliminate your night shift by producing your products during the day and freeze and/or retard during the night for proofing and baking in the early morning.

Sheeters

Table Top Reversible Sheeters are for small pastry shops, hotels and restaurants. Floor models come in many different sizes and options such as cutting station to fully computerized machines.

Slicers

We provide our customers with a wide variety of Bread, Roll, Pita, Baguette and Cake Slicers (vertical or horizontal cuts). Water Meter/Chillers

Our range of STM Water Meters/Dosers and Doser/Mixers with temperature control are microprocessor units. The touch-type keyboard allows for easy setting of water quantity and temperature. Some models have by-pass option.
Our Water Chillers are able to deliver water at 35.5 ºF constantly during the batch. They are especially designed to work under high ambient temperatures. Many different sizes available.
