JAC DIV-IN Divider The totally user-friendly divider for square dough pieces A genuine assistant in dividing dough, the Jac Div-In does everything rapidly and reliably. Place the dough at the bottom of the vat, choose the number of divisions (10 or 20), push the button, and it will start up; closing, compression, division, decompression, opening, accent of dough pieces and retraction of the blades. And no more wasted flour! All the parts in contact with the dough are made of food-safe techno polymer or stainless steel, including the vat and inside the cover. The flour that is rejected in the compression process is taken directly into a recovery filter, the scattering of particularly harmful particles is therefore reduced.
