Max Oehler, President of ERIKA RECORD LLC, completed his education in Europe and began his professional career with RONDO Switzerland in 1964. By 1968 Max and his wife Elizabeth had made the career move of a lifetime by moving to the United States. In 1991 Max formed Mimax Inc and Erika Record LLC. In his pursuit for continued success and knowledge, Max parted from Mimax and has since dedicated his hard work to the success of Erika Record LLC.
In an effort to expand Erika Record’s market potential, Max successfully developed personal relationships with many European Manufacturers; some of which Erika Record now represents. In his now over 40 years of experience in the Baking market, he has effectively helped customers in North and South America in the production and automation of baked goods. Max’s ability to fluently communicate with customers and suppliers in their native language, be it German, French, Spanish and of course English, has cemented his reputation as a respected fixture in the Baking industry. It prides Max to lead his dedicated and experienced team members of Erika Record towards a successful future even in these challenging economic times.
Brian Woods, is one of our experienced Baker Sales Manager with well over 40 years of both international and domestic baking knowlege. In 1974 Brian received his City & Guild in Bakery Science and Technology at Hollings College, England. Soon after, Brian began his professional career with one of the United Kingdom’s largest bakeries; Lyons Cakes. Brian relocated to the United States in 1981 where he immediately was hired by Rondo, Inc. as a test baker. Within 2 years Brian established himself as an extremely successful sales representative. In 1999 Brian began his own bakery in Beach Lake, PA called Beach Lake Bread; an artisan bread bakery. Brian has been a successful asset to Erika Record, LLC since 2008.
Craig J. Kominiak, a veteran of the United States Navy, has thirty years of Artisan Bread and pastry baking experience. Craig received an Associate’s degree from the Culinary Institute of America in 1985 and since then has successfully gained the industry’s specialty experience by managing in some of the Tri State Area’s prestigious eateries; Ecce Panis, Fresh Direct, Marriott Marquis of NYC, Vieira’s Bakery, Inc. Craig’s proudest and most reputable moment has been staring as a featured chef with Julia Childs in a PBS special http://video.pbs.org/video/1174155095 as well as submitting several bread recipes for Julia Child’s book; Baking with Julia (1996). Since 2007 Craig has served as one of Erika’s experienced Sales and Consultant team members.
Dan J. DaRocha, obtained his Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Ramapo College, NJ in 2004. By 2010 Dan passed the CPA exam and is pursuing his Masters of Science in Accounting from Kean University. Dan joined Erika Record with eleven years experience in both large and small business firms across the tri-state area. He is currently the Accounting and Personnel Manager, but has taken on the responsibility of building his sales portfolio as the representative for our “KRUMBEIN” line of cake cutting technology.
