Bread and Roll System
Reliable, compact, accurate and simple to operate. It works extremely well with soft
artisan bread doughs up to 70% water absorption. Produces products such as Bolillos,
Baguettes, artisan bread, hot dogs, hoagies, dinner rolls, etc. You can also buy
individual pieces such as the divider, conical rounder, moulders or intermediate proofers.

Divider
Suitable for dividing dough from 50 to 65% water (with rounder) and higher than 65% water
(without rounder). Weight accuracy ±2%. Production speed from 1000 to 2400 pieces/hour.
Stainless steel hopper covered with non-stick Teflon, basic capcity 40kg., also in 80,
150 and 200 kg. Stainless steel covering. Adjustable shape of the loaves. Protecting grid.
Shaping belts width available in 600 and 700mm. Simple to use. |
