ERIKA Quadro Easy-Automat The Easy-Automat takes away the hard labor associated with semi-automatic divider/rounders in that it presses dough automatically. The amount of pressure is adjustable (depending on dough consistency) and applied evenly to guarantee uniform quality products, batch after batch, day after day. This ergonomically designed machine makes it easy for women and/or shorter people to produce rolls without great physical effort.
