ERIKA
Quadro Fully-Automat Classic
If you want roll production to be even less operator dependent, you should
consider the ERIKA Quadro Fully-Automat. Simply put your dough on the
dividing or rounding plate, close the safety gate, and push a button.
The machine will do the rest -- pressing, cutting, and, if necessary,
rounding the dough. Three people can produce up to 6000 rolls per hour.
