QUADRO Square Head Machines

Distinguishing features of the Quadro Machines:

Each Quadro model can divide square and rectangular pieces and also make round rolls from squarely divided dough pieces.

The rectangular pieces are for heavier weights and can be used to make large hoagies, mini-baguettes, pistolettes, and other long bread.

Square pieces are ideal for ciabattinos, ciabattas, foccacia squares, 7-grain and other crusty and sticky rolls. They can be easily made with the Teflon-coated heads and knives. The large squares produced with the Quadro can be rounded by the machines into boules, and other medium size round breads and into dough balls for individualized pizzas.

Each Quadro machine is available with optional knife assemblies which can be interchanged in a few minutes.
