In our view, steel frame construction and/or use of plastic components in the head assembly do not meet the needs for reliability and longevity in divider/rounders. That is why the ERIKA line is made with the best materials money can buy.

Our machines are precision engineered with iron cast construction and built to stand up in the most demanding operation:

  • cutting heads made from solid aluminum casting that will not warp or jam
  • stainless steel dough entrapment ring
  • the most reliable rounding mechanism in the industry, with oil bath.
  • Teflon coated head and knife assemblies

  • Three light weight, sanitary plastic rounding plates are included
  • Machine is shipped with necessary oil for rounding mechanism
  • Cutting knives are hot tin plated for sanitary purposes
  • Stainless steel dough embracing ring
  • Easy weight adjustment
  • No oil in, or above product zone

  • Rounding mechanism runs in oil bath for absolutely smooth, quiet and long lasting operation
  • Hourly production up to 7,000 pieces (depends on operator efficiency and production flow)
CONSTRUCTION:
  • Base gear housing and arch made of sturdy cast iron
  • Knife frame made of anodized aluminum casting
  • Finish is a lead-free enamel paint
  • Head covers in front and rear are of durable thermoplastic material, impact resistant and shatter proof; they snap off and on for fast cleaning
  • Rounding plate drive is via a double bearing support
  • Head can be tilted to the left or right side for easy cleaning; dough embracing ring comes off in seconds
