The Formatic also has a variable production speed that depends on the cookie machine’s drum and amount of shapes on the forming drum. The standard production space of the drum is up to 4.25″ in diameter with custom shapes available upon request. We can produce custom drums using a wide variety of different shapes within a 4” x 4” (101 x 101 mm) area. This includes the ability to fit multiple shapes on a single drum.
