Cindy Chananie Joins Erika Record Baking Equipment
West Caldwell, New Jersey – Erika Record Baking Equipment is pleased to welcome Cindy Chananie to our team! “Cindy has over 25 years of experience within the baking industry. Specifically, Cindy’s expertise includes overseeing oven sales for both retail and wholesale/industrial markets,” said Dan DaRocha, President of Erika Record Baking Equipment.
Chananie will be overseeing the launch of Tagliavini – industry leading oven solutions for both retail and wholesale/industrial markets. This includes convection, deck, combination, rack and tunnel ovens designed to suit your production needs.
