Erika Record Baking Equipment is established by Max Oehler. The company initially began by selling our flagship, Erika Record divider/rounders. Our offerings would quickly expand to include other lines of equipment and services such as equipment repair.
Erika Record Baking Equipment moves to its current, Clifton, New Jersey location. This facility is conveniently located 30 minutes from Mid-Town Manhattan and readily accessible to all three of the region’s major airports.
In addition, the facility enables the company to increase its warehouse space to include a robust spare parts inventory, ready to ship at a moment’s notice. Our facility also features a complete equipment repair workshop that bolsters the company’s capabilities to repair and remanufacture bakery equipment.
Erika Record Baking Equipment opens a fully functional show room and test bakery in our auxiliary building. This facility serves as the Baker’s Lab!
Daniel DaRocha assumes ownership of Erika Record Baking Equipment becoming the company’s president.
Erika Record Baking Equipment continues to deliver world-class bakery equipment solutions that can address both retail/in-store and wholesale/industrial baking operations.
Under DaRocha’s leadership, the company has expanded its offerings to include a comprehensive oven lineup. This has enabled the company to provide even more solutions to the ever-growing commercial segment within the baking industry. Our equipment options geared toward commercial production now include tunnel ovens, robotic loaders, pastry production lines, and industrial mixing solutions.
Our industry-leading service team has also begun remanufacturing industrial sized equipment such as Winkler Admiral divider/rounders. This is in addition to the already successful remanufacturing operations for Koenig multi-row divider/rounders and our Erika Record divider/rounders.
Finally, our entire team has also grown to include experienced sales consultants, extremely knowledgeable service technicians, an on-staff technical baker, and administrative support staff dedicated to providing equipment solutions that help you succeed. Our operations stretch across North & South America as we continue to offer world-class bakery equipment solutions in conjunction with our manufacturing partners.
